Join us for a workshop focused on taking care of you during this seasonal transition using Ayurvedic principles and essential oils.
As the fall season is upon us, our bodies are replicating the environmental changes you see before you. Where leaves are changing to brilliant fiery red, our bodies are balancing the fiery summer heat we leave behind with the colder shift to come. The practice of Ayurveda pays tribute to these swirling energies and teaches us how to embrace the reorganization that is taking place physically, mentally and emotionally within us.
In our workshop we will demonstrate just some of the Ayurvedic principles that help you detoxify and reinvigorate yourselves in this delicate time of year. We will share:
- Basic things to do for a simple at home cleanse to manage these energies
- Foods to embrace and which ones to limit
- Essential oils that support your process of cleansing and rejuvenation
- Emotional signals to notice and balance
