TRE safely activates a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system. Mark guides a series of exercises designed to fatigue muscles that surround the deep “emotional” centered muscles of the psoas in a safe and controlled environment, where the body is encouraged to return back to a state of balance.
Mark is the founder/creator of Daily Dose Wellness, and draws on a diverse background. From survival instructor in the U.S. Air Force to actor in New York City, his unique blend of flowing yoga combines various styles and incorporates elements to include chakras, ayurveda, yoga therapy, and organic movement.
