BKC Sunday Special Workshop Sunday, November 30th @ 4:15PM

Plan on joining us for a special workshop, Yin Yoga, developed and lead by senior Kripalu instructor, Ken Nelson. Ken Nelson, Ph.D. is a leader in mind-body learning and group creativity workshops. This class is appropriate for all levels of yoga participation. As with all workshops and yoga classes, a $5.00 donation if paying by cash or check, or one yoga coupon is required for participation in this class.

Seva Opportunity

Kripalu marketing will be doing extensive photography shoots for new marketing materials the week of January 12-16, 2009, and is in need of three volunteers to assist with the shooting.
