BKC Sunday December 17 Workshop Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra with Ani Nadler Grosser Welcome the Winter Solstice with a candlelit class featuring Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra (Yoga Sleep)! In Restorative Yoga we use blankets, blocks and pillows to support ourselves in basic yoga poses. Yoga Nidra is guided Savasana (deep relaxation) that focuses on assisting the mind to relax as well as the body.
