BKC outreach helps to provide meals for those in need, every Wednesday, at the”free community lunch” at the Guthrie Center. Kripalu and the BerkshireCoop provide the healthy food which is enjoyed and appreciated by all attending.   If you would like to volunteer, contact Sultana, 413 637 4773.

The Prison Program

BKC outreach provides weekly yoga classes at a local prison in the Berkshires.The program has been welcomed by those incarcerated and supported byprison staff.  BKC supplies yoga mats, blocks, cushions and yoga books.All of our certified yoga teachers are volunteers.  If you would like to teach, contact Sultana, 413 637 4773

The Conte School

Volunteers are provided for at least one hour per week to work with children in the classroom or the library. The school year usually runs from October to early June. Contact Sheila Donath at sheiladonath@msn.com or at 413 881 4063.
